Chances are you've seen this guy's name used plenty of times amongst the muscle building fraternity online. He is the author of No-Nonsense Muscle Building. But do you know much about the guy - why should you listen to what he has to say, why is he qualified to tell you what to do? Vince has brains as well as brawn though which is proven by his Honours Degree in Kinesiology.. So, in conclusion, Vince Delmonte is someone who I feel is completely trustworthy and who is not interested in just ripping you off and disappearing with your cash. He has been in your shoes and has overcome what he refers to as 'muscle-unfriendly' genes. And if he can do it, he guarantees (literally) that you can too, just believe in yourself and follow his advice.
